How It Works
- Customise Your Sign: Enter your preferred name(s), established year, and colour preference to personalise your 'Tropical Hideaway' sign.
- Crafted and Delivered: Once your order is received, we’ll craft your sign with care in our Mission Beach workshop and dispatch it from our workshop within 7 business days of proof acceptance, with shipping times based on your location. (Proof stage optional - see below).
Optional Proof Approval
By default, we design your sign based on the details provided and proceed straight to production once we receive your order. If you’d like to review a digital proof before engraving, please request this at checkout.
If your requested name is longer than the standard layout allows, we will adjust the text size or positioning to fit. If major changes are needed, a proof will be sent for approval before engraving.
